Okay, so I’ve been seeing this “zzz skin effect” thing all over my social media feeds, and, you know, I had to try it out myself. Gotta see what the hype is all about, right?
Getting Started
First things first, I gathered my supplies. Now, I didn’t want to go out and buy a bunch of new stuff, so I just used what I already had in my bathroom. I use simple skin-care productions.

My Simple Routine
I started by washing my face. Really, that’s the obvious first step, right? Get all that day-old makeup and grime off. I used my regular cleanser.
Next, I applied a face mask. I find a simple one that could make my skin feel soft and smooth. I left that on for like, 15 minutes, while I scrolled through TikTok, I put it off after 15 mins.
After rinsing off the mask, I patted my face dry with a clean towel. I went to the bathroom to do this.
Then came the moisturizer. I just slathered on a good amount of my usual night cream, making sure to really massage it into my skin.
Finally, I finished up with a basic oil. Nothing fancy, just something to lock in all that moisture and I use fingers to put it on my face.
The Results?
Honestly, after doing this for about a week, I’m pretty sure I can see some differences. My skin feels way softer, and it definitely looks more, I don’t know, glowy? It’s not some miracle cure, but it’s a nice little boost.

The first two days is nothing happened, I think it need some times to work on your face, maybe after 5 days, you could found out the differences.
I’ll probably keep doing this a few nights a week, just to keep things looking fresh. It’s easy, cheap, and it seems to be working, so why not?
