Okay, so I’ve been messing around with Wuthering Waves, and I gotta say, getting Changli’s weapon is a whole thing. I spent, like, a good chunk of my weekend trying to figure this out, so I figured I’d share what I learned, ’cause man, it wasn’t straightforward.
First, I jumped into the game, thinking it’d be some easy quest reward. Nope. Turns out, you gotta actually pull for it. I’m Not used to the gacha * means spending those precious Astrite.I already spent my Astrite in other banners.

I started by grinding. I did all the daily missions, you know, the usual stuff. Cleared out a bunch of those monster camps scattered around the map. Every little bit of Astrite helps, right? I even explored a bunch of areas I’d skipped before, looking for chests and those hidden challenges. Those can give you a surprising amount of currency.
Then came the hard part – the actual pulling. I went to the Convene section, and there it was, the weapon banner with Changli’s sword. I crossed my fingers and started spending my hard-earned Astrite. The first few pulls? Nothing. Just some basic three-star weapons I already had a million of. My heart kinda sank a little, not gonna lie.
My Pulling Strategy (or Lack Thereof)
- First 10 pulls: Total garbage. Seriously, nothing but duplicates.
- Next 20 pulls: Still nothing. Started to sweat a little. I was running low on Astrite.
- Pulls 30-40: Okay, a couple of four-star weapons, but not the weapon.
- Pull 48: There it is! Changli’s weapon. I finally get it.
I did a little victory dance. It took way more pulls than I expected, and I nearly ran out of Astrite, but I finally got it. And man, was it worth it. Changli with her signature weapon is a beast! The damage boost is noticeable, and it just feels right to have her using her own sword.
So, yeah, that’s my story of getting Changli’s weapon. It’s a grind, and it’s definitely luck-based, but if you’re a Changli fan like me, it’s totally worth it. Just be prepared to spend some time (and maybe some Astrite) to get it.
