Okay, so I’ve been digging into this “Wuthering Waves” 1.1 banner thing, and let me tell you, it’s been a bit of a ride. I wanted to know who’s coming up in the next updates.
First, I went on a hunt for any info about the new characters. I mean, who doesn’t love new characters, right? Found out that there are two new 5-star ones coming up, called Jinhsi and Changli. Cool names, huh?
Then, I started looking into when this 1.1 update is actually going to drop. Turns out, there are two parts, or “phases” as they call them. The first one’s supposed to hit on June 28, 2024, and that’s when we’ll get Jinhsi. Seems like a pretty big deal!

I did some more digging, just to be sure, and yeah, it looks like that date is pretty solid. This was coming from some user’s post and lots of discussion, so it is not an official announcement, better keep an eye on it.
My Progress
So, in short, I managed to get a good idea of what’s coming in the Wuthering Waves 1.1 update. New characters, check. Release date, check. It wasn’t too hard to find the info, but I did have to look around a bit. Anyway, I’m pretty stoked for this update now. Jinhsi on June 28th – marked on my calendar! Just keep in mind, this is all based on what I found online, so who knows, it could be totally wrong.
