Okay, so, I wanted to figure out when this new Episode 9 thing was dropping for Valorant, specifically the cinematic. It’s been a minute, right? And I was itching for some fresh content.
First thing I did was hit up the usual spots online to see what the buzz was. I found some stuff about the game’s structure, like how they roll with these “Episodes” and “Acts.” Sounds kinda complicated, but basically, Episodes are like big chapters, and each one has three Acts. It’s like a season pass but drawn out, you know?
So, from what I gathered, Episode 9 is gonna follow the same pattern – three acts. Act 1 supposedly kicked off on June 25th and is gonna chill until August 27th. Then, Act 2 jumps in on August 27th and hangs around until October 22nd. That’s all cool, but I was really after that Act 3 start date ’cause that’s where the good stuff usually is.
Here’s the juicy part: Act 3, and I guess the cinematic I’m hyped about, should drop right after Act 2 wraps up. The date I dug up is October 23rd, 2024, at 9 AM EST. But, you know how it is with these things – it all depends on where you’re at, server-wise.
I even made myself a little countdown thing ’cause I’m extra like that. And apparently, they usually drop the patch the day before, so that’s something to keep an eye on.
