Okay, so I’ve been seeing this “Kai Cenat marathons” thing all over the internet, and I was like, “What’s the big deal?” So, I decided to dive in and see what it’s all about. I mean, I game, I stream a bit, but marathons? That’s a whole different beast.
Getting Started
First, I needed to figure out what game I was even going to play. Picking the right game is crucial. It had to be something I enjoyed, obviously, because I was going to be staring at it for hours on end. I decided I was not gonna do it on Elden Ring, I am not ready for any Fromsoftware game. So I went with Grand Theft Auto V, the game that brought me into this world of content creation. I love the open world, and I love its characters.
The Actual Marathon
Man, those first few hours? A breeze. I was hyped, chatting with viewers, having a blast. I was playing a few missions, cruising around, causing a bit of chaos, you know, classic Grand Theft Auto V stuff.
- Hour 1-3: Feeling good, energy high, chat was popping.
- Hour 4-6: Started to feel a little tired, but still pushing through. Had some snacks, chugged some water.
- Hour 7-9: Okay, this is where it got tough. My eyes started to feel heavy, my back was aching.
It started to get a bit tough around this point. I was starting to feel the strain, both physically and mentally. I Started to run around the house, do a bit of stretching, just to get the blood flowing.
The Final Stretch
The last few hours were brutal. Honestly, I was running on pure adrenaline and willpower. My viewers were amazing, though. They kept me going with their messages and support. I would not be able to do it without them.
Finally, I hit my goal! I can’t even describe the feeling of relief and accomplishment. My body was wrecked, my brain was fried, but I did it. Would I do it again? Maybe. It was definitely an experience, and I learned a lot about my limits. But for now, I think I’ll stick to shorter gaming sessions.
