Okay, so I ran into this annoying issue with the Volcano Manor door being straight-up closed. I was like, “What the heck?” I’d just fast-traveled there, ready to continue my quest, and bam! Door’s shut. No way in.
First thing I did was what any sane person would: I walked around the entire manor. Like, the entire thing. I was poking at walls, looking for secret levers, anything. Thought maybe I’d missed a hidden passage or something. Nope. Nothing.
Then, I fast-traveled to a different Site of Grace, rested, and fast-traveled back to Volcano Manor. I figured maybe it was just a weird loading glitch. Still closed. Seriously frustrating!
Troubleshooting Time
- Checked Online: Finally, I caved and checked online, to find it many players had the same problems.
- Different Solutions: And I found there were so many different solutions from differnt player sharing.
So, I followed up with one players tips, quit the game entirely, and then restarted. I’m not even kidding. It didn’t work in the first place, however, it did work! So weird!
So yeah, if you run into the Volcano Manor door being mysteriously closed, try just shutting down the whole game and restarting. A pain, I know, but it might just do the trick. Good luck, fellow Tarnished!
