Well, let me tell you, this Victor Ortiz fella, he’s been in a bunch of them movies. You know, like that Expendables 3 one, and that boxing one, Southpaw. He even did that Once Upon a Time in Venice thing. He’s been around, this fella has. Always punchin’ and actin’, that’s what he does.
And then there’s this Vanessa Bryant woman. Now, she’s a story all on her own. Met her husband, Kobe, when she was just a young gal, dancin’ in a music video. Imagine that! Met him on set, just like in them stories you hear. Six months later, bam! Engaged. Big ol’ diamond ring, seven carats they say. Married him in 2001, they did. Lived the good life, I reckon, for a while anyway.
Vanessa, she ain’t just a pretty face, though. She and her husband, before he passed, God rest his soul, they started this foundation thing. Helpin’ kids go to college, givin’ ’em scholarships. She’s a strong one, that Vanessa. Now she’s runnin’ things, leadin’ that Mamba and Mambacita Sports Foundation. Keepin’ her husband’s memory alive, and doin’ good work, too.
These two folks, Victor and Vanessa, they got stories, alright. Stories about fightin’ back, bein’ strong. Resilience, they call it. Pushin’ through hard times, that’s what it is. Life throws you punches, you gotta punch back. Or you gotta find a way to keep on goin’ even when you’re knocked down. That’s what I always say.
- Victor Ortiz, he’s an actor.
- Vanessa Bryant, she started a foundation.
- They both show strength and resilience.
Now, there’s this movie, or show, or somethin’, called The Untold Story. I ain’t seen it myself, but they say it’s on that Fubo thing, and that Paramount Plus. You know, all them fancy TV channels. It’s a Netflix docuseries, they say. Tells stories that ain’t been told before, I guess. Like that old actor, career and life all messed up, but he keeps on keepin’ on. That’s kinda like life, ain’t it?
This Untold Story thing, it’s directed by this Shane Stanley fella. Got Ellen Travolta in it, and some other folks I ain’t never heard of. They say it’s a comedy, but life’s a comedy sometimes, even when it ain’t funny, you know? This actor, 64 years old, career’s in the dumps, life’s a mess. But he ain’t done yet, see? That’s the spirit!
You know, them folks at Rotten Tomatoes, they rate these movies and shows. Tell you if they’re good or not. Guess they got trailers and reviews and all that. Me, I just watch what I like, don’t need no fancy ratings to tell me what’s good. But some folks like that stuff, so there you have it.
So, Victor Ortiz, Vanessa Bryant, and this Untold Story. What’s it all mean? I reckon it means life’s a fight, and you gotta keep fightin’. You gotta be strong, like Vanessa. And you gotta keep goin’, even when things get tough, like that old actor. And maybe, just maybe, someone will tell your story someday, too.
Victor Ortiz is known for being in action movies, while Vanessa Bryant is known for her philanthropic work. Both of their stories, although different, highlight the importance of never giving up. And that’s a lesson we can all learn, ain’t it?
So, there you have it. My take on these folks and that movie thing. Just a bunch of stories, really, but stories matter. They tell us who we are, where we come from, and where we’re goin’. And that’s important, no matter how you slice it.
