Alright, guys, so I’ve been grinding a lot of Mobile Legends: Bang Bang lately, and I figured it’s time I put together my own tier list. Keep in mind, this is just my experience, based on my play style and the heroes I’m comfortable with. Your mileage may vary, you know?
Getting Started with the Data
First things first, I needed to, like, actually play the game. A lot. I mean, I already play a lot, but I needed to focus on trying out different heroes, even the ones I usually avoid. I spent a good few weeks just cycling through as many heroes as I could in different roles – Marksman, Mage, Fighter, Tank, Support, Assassin, the whole shebang.

Experimenting and Observing
So, I started by just jumping into Classic matches. No pressure, just trying to get a feel for different heroes. I took notes after each match, like, “Okay, this hero feels super strong in the early game, but falls off later,” or “Wow, this hero is a beast at ganking.” Simple stuff, just jotting down my immediate thoughts.
I also made sure to do a lot of testing, so I could learn and improve as I went.
I made sure to also keep an eye on my match record, so I could get a general feel of how good the characters I use are.
Ranking My Thoughts
- Started Ranking (Roughly): After playing a bunch of matches, I started to group heroes into rough tiers. Like, “These guys are consistently awesome,” “These are pretty good, but situational,” and “These… well, I’m not having much luck with these.”
- Refining the List: Then, I went back and played more matches, specifically focusing on heroes that were borderline between tiers. This helped me fine-tune the rankings. Like, “Okay, I thought this hero was just ‘good,’ but after playing them more, I realize they’re actually ‘great’ in the right hands.”
- Compared with others: I also started to use tier list data from others, just to see how I line up.
The final reveal
After all that playing, note-taking, and tweaking, I finally had a tier list I felt pretty good about. And that’s it! That’s how I built my Mobile Legends: Bang Bang tier list. It was a lot of fun, and honestly, I learned a lot about the game in the process. It’s definitely something I’ll keep updating as I play more and as the meta changes.
