So, yesterday I was trying to figure out what’s the weather gonna be like for the next few days in Charlotte. You know, just regular stuff.
I started by checking out some weather forecast websites. It’s kinda messy, but I did it anyway.
- First Alert: It says there’s gonna be some rain starting this weekend. Bummer, right? I mean, who likes rain?
- Temperature: Okay, so tomorrow it’s gonna be way warmer than today. That’s good, I guess. It says clear skies with a low of 24F and a high of 54F. Winds will be light and variable, then shifting to SW at 10 to 20 mph. Sounds a bit windy, but hey, at least it’s sunny.
- More Snow?: Then there’s this talk about more wintry weather next week. I mean, are you kidding me? More snow and ice? I hope not, but we’ll see.
- Wind: It also says winds will be WNW at 5 to 10 mph. That’s not too bad, I suppose.
Trying to Decode Some URL Stuff
Then, for some reason, I got into this whole URL encoding thing. I mean, what even is that, right? But I got curious.
- Reverse URL Encoding: Apparently, it’s about turning those weird encoded URLs back into regular text. I tried a couple of online tools, but honestly, I still don’t fully get it. It’s like translating gibberish.
- Why Encode?: I did learn that they encode URLs to make sure all the characters are safe and understood by all browsers and servers. But man, it still looks like a mess to me.
Random Thought
While I was doing all this, I stumbled upon something about Bianca Belair’s mom, Travonda Blair. Turns out, she’s a housewife. It was Mother’s Day, I guess that’s why it was mentioned. Didn’t really relate to my weather search, but hey, internet, right? You never know what you’ll find.
So yeah, that was my little adventure yesterday. From checking the weather to getting lost in the world of URL encoding and ending up reading about a wrestler’s mom. Just another day on the internet, I guess.
