My first step, naturally, was to hit up the usual spots – the Clash Royale subreddit and some of the bigger forums. I figured that’s where the hardcore players hang out, and they’d probably have the best info. I spent hours just reading through old threads, looking for any mention of rare emotes.
I started making a list. Just jotting down any emotes that people mentioned as being rare or limited edition. At first, it was a HUGE list. Everything from tournament rewards to special event emotes. It was pretty overwhelming, to be honest.
Narrowing it Down: The Real Deal
After the initial info dump, I needed to refine my list. I started looking for proof. Like, how many people actually had these emotes? I was looking for things that were only given out once, a long time ago, or maybe for a really specific achievement.
I quickly realized that some emotes people thought were rare… weren’t. They were just old, or maybe they hadn’t been in the shop for a while. But the truly rare ones? Those were different.
- Limited-Time Events: I focused on emotes from events that only happened once, years ago. These were a good starting point.
- Special Challenges: Some emotes were rewards for incredibly difficult challenges. The kind of challenges where only a tiny percentage of players would succeed.
- Early Tournament Rewards: Back in the day, tournaments gave out unique emotes. These were definitely on my radar.
Digging Deeper: Separating Fact from Fiction
This is where things got tricky. There’s a lot of misinformation out there! People claiming they had some super-rare emote, but with no real evidence. I spent a lot of time cross-referencing information, trying to verify claims.
I used another way. I searched by pictures. Saw some intersting emotes and just keep tracking where it came from.
Compiling My Findings: The “Probably Rare” List
After all that research, I ended up with a much smaller, more refined list. It’s not perfect, and there’s always a chance I missed something, but I feel pretty confident that these are some of the rarest Clash Royale emotes out there. I can feel those are really some rare ones!
It was a long process, a lot of searching and cross-referencing, but totally worth it. Now I have a good list in my hand, and I can even show it to my clanmates.
