Okay, folks, let’s dive into my little experiment with Arya Stark in MultiVersus today. I’ve been trying to nail down some decent combos, and man, it’s been a journey.
My Arya Stark Combo Grind
First off, I hopped into the lab – you know, practice mode. Gotta start with the basics, right? I spent a good hour just messing around with her moves, seeing what connects to what. Her dagger throws, the up special, the side special… it’s all about figuring out the timing.

My initial thought was, “Okay, she’s quick, so let’s focus on fast attacks.” I started trying to chain her neutral attack into, well, anything. Sometimes it worked, sometimes I got punished hard. MultiVersus is not forgiving.
- Neutral attack x3 : I tried basic stuff firstly.
- Neutral attack, jump, aerial neutral attack: Sometimes it can hit.
- Down special, side special : I found this pretty reliable.
After many attempts, I wanted a longer combo chain, so I began to try out some special strategies.
I spent some time to figure out which one is the most useful and pratical way. And It really takes time!
Then I started experimenting with her up special. That thing is tricky! If you land it right, you can follow up with an aerial attack, but the timing is super tight. I whiffed it so many times, it’s not even funny. But when it did connect… oh boy, the damage!
And the dagger? Don’t even get me started. I was trying to use it to extend combos, throwing it out and then dashing in. Most of the time, I just ended up looking silly. But, every now and then, I managed to snag someone with it and follow up with a quick attack. It felt good.
After a while, I finally put everything into practices. I jumped into some online matches to test my “skills” (and I use that term loosely). Let’s just say, it was a humbling experience. I got wrecked. A lot. But, I also landed a few of those combos I’d been practicing, and it felt amazing. There’s something so satisfying about seeing all that practice pay off, even if it’s just for a moment.

Finally, my conclusion for today is that, my skill and combo chains still have room for improvement. So, all I want to say is that keep practicing, and everyone can be the master!
