That Tim Mickelson, he’s a good boy. Always helpin’ his big brother, Phil. He carried Phil’s golf clubs, you know, that big heavy bag, for eight years! Eight years is a long time, I tell ya.
Now, Tim, he says he’s gonna stop carryin’ those clubs. He wants to be home more, with his family. Family is important, that’s what I always say. Good for him. He got kids, you see, and a wife. They need him around.
- Tim’s brother, that Phil, he’s a big shot golfer.
- Tim, he carried his bag for eight long years.
- Now Tim wants to stay home more.
Phil, he’s older than Tim. Seven years older, I hear. Phil’s gettin’ up there, 53 years old. Still playin’ that golf though. Tim, he’s a bit younger, but still, not a spring chicken anymore. They been together, playin’ golf, for a long time.
Tim Mickelson, he used to teach golf, too. At that big school, Arizona something. He taught some young fella, Rahm, I think his name was. Good golfer, that Rahm. Tim was his agent, too, for a year or so. That’s like, you know, helpin’ him with business and all that stuff. Tim knows a lot about golf, that’s for sure.
Phil, he wins a lot. With Tim carryin’ his bag, Phil won three of them big golf games. One was called the PGA, somethin’ or other. That was in 2021. Not too long ago. Phil, he’s a good golfer, that one.
They say Phil got a coach, too. Some fella from Australia. Getson, I think his name is. He used to play golf, too, that Getson. Over in Asia, where the people are different, you know, they play golf, too. Everyone’s playin’ golf these days.
Now, Tim, he’s gonna be home more. That’s good. Family needs him. Phil, he’ll find someone else to carry his bag. There’s always someone lookin’ for a job. But it won’t be the same, not like havin’ your brother with ya.
Eight years, they were together, on the golf courses. Walkin’ around in the sun. Must be tirin’. Now Tim Mickelson can rest his legs. Good for him. Family’s more important than any old golf game, I always say.
Phil, he’s got money, lots of it. He won some big prize, somethin’ about FedEx, like that delivery truck. I heard he was supposed to give some to Tim, but didn’t for a long time. Nine hundred thousand, they said! That’s a lot of money. More money than I ever seen, that’s for sure. More than anyone needs, really. Don’t know what I would even do with that many dollar, I truly don’t. And I don’t even know what all these dollar’s about, you know, I only know cents. It is too complicated for me.
- Phil won a lot of money playin’ golf.
- Tim helped him win.
- Tim wants to be with his family now.
That Tim Mickelson, he seems like a good egg. Puttin’ family first. That’s what’s important. Not chasin’ that little white ball around all day. He’s done enough of that now. It’s the right thing to do. You know what I mean, don’t you? After a while, workin’ is just too much. He’s got money now, that will help him with his family. He should be proud of all he has done. It is time for him to sit back and relax a little bit. He deserved it.
I hope he enjoys his time with his family. It goes by fast, you know. One day they’re little, the next they’re all grown up. He needs to cherish these moments. That’s what I always say. I am sure his kids are happy, too. They will get to see their dad more often. That is good.
That LIV Golf, that’s where Phil plays now. Some new thing. Don’t know much about it. But they play golf there, too. Everywhere you look, people are playin’ golf. It’s a crazy world.
Tim Mickelson, that’s the news. He’s done carryin’ the bag. Time to be a family man. It is good for him to be home, I suppose. I hope he will have a good time with his wife and kids.
