Hey, listen up, y’all! Today we’re gonna chat about Steve Stricker WITB Irons. Now, I know you might be wonderin’, what’s this Steve got in his bag, huh? Well, lemme tell ya, this fella, Steve Stricker, he’s a real good golfer, plays on them tours, the PGA and all that. Folks say he’s one of the best putters around, but we ain’t talkin’ putters today, are we? We’re talkin’ ‘bout them irons, the sticks he uses to hit the ball long and straight, or least ways tries to.
So, Steve, he’s been fiddlin’ with his clubs, always changin’ things up, ya know? Like my grandson with his toys, never satisfied. But last I heard, this is what he’s got in his bag for irons. He’s got this TaylorMade TP UDI, that’s a 4 iron, they call it. Then, from 5 iron all the way to pitching wedge, he’s usin’ somethin’ called New Level 480-TC. Sounds fancy, don’t it? I ain’t never seen ‘em myself, but I bet they’re shiny and cost a pretty penny. He’s also got some wedges in his bag, 50, 54 degrees. They called Vokey and they are made by Titleist, and I reckon they’re pretty good for those little short shots around the green.
Now, some other fellas, they use different stuff. I heard about this Shane Lowry fella, he won somethin’ recent, and his irons are kinda similar. He uses somethin’ called ZX Mk II utility long irons and some soft Srixon ZX7 Mk II irons. Don’t ask me what all them numbers and letters mean, I ain’t no engineer. It’s all just golf talk to me.

Steve, he’s been around a while, winnin’ tournaments and such. Twelve PGA Tour wins, that’s what they say. That’s a lot of winnin’, I tell ya. He’s playin’ on the PGA Tour Champions now, which I guess is for the older fellas. But don’t you go thinkin’ they ain’t good just ‘cause they’re older. These fellas, they still got it, they can still hit that ball a country mile, or at least a good ways.
I saw some folks talkin’ about other golfers’ clubs too, like this Ernie Els fella and some talk about the Masters Edition clubs. One fella was usin’ Mizuno Pro 245 and some S23 wedges. Another one had Callaway Epic Speed Triple Diamond driver, but we ain’t talkin’ ‘bout drivers today, are we? We’re stickin’ to them irons, Steve Stricker’s irons. And from what I hear, he’s got some good ones.
Now, I don’t know much ‘bout golf, but I know a good worker when I see one. And Steve, he seems like a hard worker, always tryin’ to get better, always changin’ things up. That’s how you get to be good at somethin’, ya know? You gotta keep workin’ at it, keep tryin’ new things, and never give up. Just like bakin’ a pie, you gotta keep practicin’ till you get it just right. And Steve, he’s been practicin’ golf for a long time, and he’s got it pretty close to right, I reckon.
So there ya have it, folks, a little somethin’ ‘bout Steve Stricker’s irons. He’s usin’ TaylorMade and New Level for the long and middle shots and Titleist for the short ones. He changes things up now and again, always lookin’ for an edge. And that’s just how it goes in this game. Ain’t no different from life, is it? Always changin’, always tryin’ somethin’ new. It’s the way things go.
And that’s all I got to say about that.
