Alright, so I pre-ordered Stellar Blade like a good gamer, excited to dive into the action on day one. I was pumped, ready to go, and even more excited about the extra goodies that come with the pre-order. I got the game downloaded, fired up my PS5, and started the game. But then, where the heck are my pre-order bonuses? I got no code, no nothing.
First thing I did was check the PlayStation Store, you know, just to make sure I didn’t miss anything obvious. I went through my purchase history, checked the game details, but there was nothing there about the bonus content. Nada. It is like they did not exist.

So, like any sensible person would, I dove into the settings menu, thinking maybe there’s some hidden option to activate the content. I went through every option under the sun, thinking one of them will work. After fiddling with the settings and not finding any solution, I felt pretty stuck, not gonna lie.
Then I remembered something I read online about restoring licenses. I am not even sure what that means, but hey, worth a shot, right? I went to the account settings, found the “Restore Licenses” option, and gave it a whirl. It did its thing, took a few minutes, and then, bam! It worked!
I was so relieved, but then another issue popped up, I still did not know where to find these items in the game. It said near the hub city, I went to the hub city. And after running around like a headless chicken, I finally stumbled upon the spot where the goodies were stashed.
- First, the panic: No code, no bonus items. What gives?
- Then, the investigation: I scoured the store and settings, coming up empty.
- A glimmer of hope: Tried restoring licenses, fingers crossed.
- Success, but…: The items are unlocked, but hidden somewhere in the game.
- Finally, the sweet victory: Found the items after a bit of a treasure hunt.
So yeah, that’s my little adventure with the Stellar Blade pre-order bonuses. It was a bit of a rollercoaster, but hey, I got there in the end. It is a little annoying that the process was not straightforward, but I guess that is just how it goes sometimes.
Anyway, I am just glad I could finally get my hands on those sweet, sweet pre-order bonuses. Now, if you will excuse me, I have got some alien butt to kick!
