Okay, so I finally got around to figuring out that Secret Note 27 in Stardew Valley. I’d seen it pop up a few times, and honestly, I was kinda stumped. I mean, a picture of a house? What’s that supposed to mean?
First thing I did was head over to the Stardew Valley Wiki. And man this thing is dense. I mean like, so much information. I had to do a lot of digging and finally, I came across something. Turns out, it’s all about finding a hidden item. So, with this new knowledge in hand, I went back to my game.
I started by going to where the note showed, which is basically Mayor Lewis’s house. Just walk up to the front door like you’re gonna pay him a visit.
The Search Begins!
Then, instead of going in, I walked around to the right side of the house. I just kept going, following the wall of the house, until I hit the edge of the property, and the the fence. Then I follow the fence on a hunch. Keep your eye on the bushes.
And there it was! Right there, sort of hidden in the bushes behind the fence, I found this weird, purple…thing. I clicked on it, and boom! A ??HMTGF?? statue appeared in my inventory. I have no idea what this HMTGF thing is, but I was like, “YES!” I found it!
The Results
- I now have a secret ??HMTGF?? statue.
- I’m still not entirely sure what it does, I was told it’s a refernce to Harvest Moon, so there is that.
- I can place it, and it is like a trophy.
That’s all there is to it! It was a fun little scavenger hunt, and now I’ve got this weird statue to show for it. I just put it in my house for now. Maybe I’ll figure out a better place for it later. I feel like a real Stardew Valley detective now!
