Okay, so I’ve been diving deep into Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance, and let me tell you, it’s been a wild ride! I started off with the Canon of Creation path, you know, the one they say is from the original game. I breezed through that, got the ending where you make a world just for humans, felt pretty good about myself. Thought I was hot stuff, honestly. I heard that these SMT games are supposed to be tough, but I guess I’m just a natural or something. It felt like a walk in the park, especially after playing Metaphor. That game was a joke compared to this. No offense to anyone who likes it.
After feeling like a total boss, I decided to jump into the Canon of Vengeance. I’d heard it was a whole new storyline, and who doesn’t love a good revenge story, right? The start, was a little slow, but i was excited.

First, I spent hours grinding, trying to level up my demons and get my character strong. Then I moved on and fought my way through, I was getting my butt kicked left and right. And then, bam, I stumbled upon this spot where all these Mitamas kept popping up, even the rare Saki Mitama! I was so shocked because I read on some forum that it was super rare. I must have lucked out.
I kept going back to that same spot, over and over again. My characters and my party kept getting stronger, and the game got easier. The mitamas were so cool, all of them appeared in the same place. I took advantage of that and after a while I started to think that I had become a genius, I managed to defeat all the mitamas, even the rare one.
I think I spent like a whole day just farming those Mitamas. I started with my main character’s level, and then I focused on getting a bunch of cool demons in my party. This time, the Canon of Vengeance didn’t seem so hard. I was able to complete it without many problems, and it was all thanks to that spot with the Mitamas.
I’m playing on hard mode, by the way. Yeah, I know, everyone says the SMT franchise is brutal, but honestly? It’s been a piece of cake. Either I’m some kind of gaming prodigy, or maybe everyone else just needs to step up their game. No shade intended, just saying. It’s been a blast, and I’m really digging the whole demon-collecting, world-saving thing. This game is way better than Metaphor, no contest.
