Okay, so I’ve been messing around with Sethos in Genshin Impact, trying to figure out the best materials to level him up and get his talents popping. Here’s what I did and what I found out, no fancy tech talk, just straight-up gameplay experience.
Getting Started: Gathering Intel
First things first, I needed to know what Sethos even uses. So, I hopped into the game and checked his character screen. Easy peasy. It showed the materials right there, but it didn’t tell me where to farm them efficiently.
Farming the “Trishiraite”
The main thing Sethos needs is this “Trishiraite” stuff. So, I went exploring in that new desert area, you know, the one with the giant spinning…thing. I just ran around, smashing those floating rocks and collecting the Trishiraite that dropped. I found that the best spots are on the surface, no need to deep dive into caves.
- Tip: Just running along the surface, you’ll stumble on a bunch. No need to get fancy.
The “Faded Red Satin” Grind
Next up were these “Faded Red Satin” items. These, you get from those Eremite enemies. I already knew a few good spots from past farming, so I just warped to those waypoints and beat up a bunch of them. I tried to focus on the areas with a higher concentration of Eremites, made it go a little faster.
- Tip: Do the Ley Line Outcrops. If it’s Eremites, even better! You get extra stuff, and those guys always drop some Satin.

For his talents, Sethos needs “Teachings of Praxis”
