Alright, so I finally decided to pull the trigger and pre-order the Deluxe Edition of Black Myth: Wukong. I’ve been hyped for this game for what feels like forever, so I figured, why not go all in? Here’s how the whole thing went down.
Woke Up and Decided Today Was the Day
I woke up this morning, checked my email, Nothing important. Then I remembered – pre-orders were live! My brain was going crazy, I feel my heart was about to jump out. I immediately jumped out of bed – no time for coffee yet.
Finding the Right Place to Order
First thing, I needed to figure out where to even place the pre-order. I’m using a PC, So I’d better try it on Steam first. I Googled “Black Myth Wukong pre-order,” and sure enough, there were the usual suspects: Steam.
Choosing the Deluxe Edition
I knew I wanted the Deluxe Edition. I mean, it comes with extra goodies, right? I’m a sucker for that stuff – digital soundtrack, art, maybe some in-game items. I’m all about maximizing the experience, and I’ve been waiting long enough, I want it all.
The Actual Pre-Order Process
On the website, I found the Deluxe Edition option. Clicked on that, Then the website began to load very slowly.I was so * it asked me to log in. Input my account and password. Bang!, it goes well.
Then it was pretty straightforward. I entered my payment info – I think I used PayPal, ‘cause it’s usually the easiest. Double-checked everything, shipping address, and all that. Took a deep breath and hit that “Confirm Order” button. Boom!
Confirmation and Relief
I got the confirmation email almost immediately. That feeling of relief, you know? Like, “Yes! It’s done!” Now the even longer wait begins, but at least I know my copy is secured. I can finally relax – and get that coffee I skipped earlier. Time to celebrate!
