From TV to the Kitchen, That’s What They Say
Now, they tell me Saho used to be on TV, a real personality, they call it. I reckon that means she talked on the camera, like them folks on the news. But she ain’t doin’ that no more. Nope, she went and done somethin’ different. She wrote herself a book, a cookbook! Can ya believe it? All about eatin’ good and stayin’ healthy. “Maeda ke no shokutaku,” somethin’ like that, it’s called. Means “Maeda Family Table” I hear. Sounds like she knows her way around the kitchen, bless her heart.

Married to a Ballplayer, a Pitcher They Say
And who’s this Maeda fella she’s cookin’ for? Well, that’s her husband, Kenta Maeda. He’s a baseball pitcher, plays for them Detroit Tigers now. Big money in that, I tell ya. They say he signed a contract for millions of dollars! Can you imagine? All that money just for throwin’ a ball! He used to play for the Dodgers too, out in Los Angeles. Saho, she’s been with him through it all, they say. Been married since 2012, that’s a long time these days.
She’s Educated, Went to University and All
This Saho girl, she ain’t just a pretty face, no sir. She went to college, Ferris University they call it. Got herself a good education. I reckon that’s why she can write a book and all. Smart cookie, that one. Not like us old folks, never had the chance for that fancy learnin’. But good for her, I say. Shows you can do anything if you put your mind to it.
Social Media, That’s What the Young Folks Do
And you know how these youngsters are, always on their phones and computers. Well, Saho, she’s on that “Instagram” thing too. Got herself a bunch of followers, thousands of ‘em they say. I don’t know what she posts on there, probably pictures of food and her family, maybe that handsome husband of hers. It’s a different world now, I tell ya. Back in my day, we didn’t have no such things.
A Little Bit of Everything, That’s Who She Is
So, there ya have it. Saho Maeda. A former TV personality, a cookbook author, a baseball player’s wife, a college graduate, and a social media presence. She’s done a bit of everything, it seems. And from what I hear, she’s doin’ it all pretty darn well. Good for her, I say. Wish her and that Kenta fella all the best. Hope they have a long and happy life together, filled with good food and plenty of baseball.
