Alright, guys, so I decided to give the Roman Reigns workout routine a shot. I mean, who wouldn’t want to look like that guy? I’m not gonna lie, it sounded intimidating at first, but I was curious to see if I could even keep up.
So, I started digging around, trying to find what this dude actually does. Turns out, it’s not some super-secret, complicated thing. It’s a pretty standard bodybuilding-style split, focusing on different muscle groups each day. I found a few variations, but the basic idea is to hit the gym hard, five days a week.

My Week of “Training Like the Tribal Chief”
- Day 1: Chest – I started with some bench presses. I’m pretty sure I didn’t lift as much as Roman, It was rough, I am so weak.
- Day 2: Back – Lots of rows and pull-ups.I felt okay.
- Day 3: Shoulders – Overhead presses, lateral raises. I did my best. I felt strong!
- Day 4: Legs – This was the killer. Squats, leg presses, and some painful hamstring curls.I felt so bad.
- Day 5: Arms – Biceps and triceps. By this point, I was so ready.
I’m not gonna pretend I suddenly transformed into a WWE superstar. I picked the weights, pushed, and moved. I followed it as best as I could. Each workout took me about an hour, maybe a bit longer on leg day because I needed some extra time to, you know, not collapse.
One thing I noticed is the importance of, well, actually pushing yourself. Roman Reigns doesn’t get that big by taking it easy. I tried to lift as heavy as I could, while still being able to maintain decent form. And yeah, I was sore. Like, really sore. The first couple of days were the worst, but I pushed through it.
I got the things down.
Overall, trying out the Roman Reigns workout routine was a cool experience. It showed me that you can get a solid workout without needing any fancy equipment or crazy exercises. And it definitely gave me a new appreciation for the work those wrestlers put in. I might not keep up with it every single week, but it’s given me some good ideas to incorporate into my own routine. And hey, if I can get even a little bit closer to looking like Roman Reigns, that’s a win in my book!
