Okay, so, I was messing around in Genshin Impact the other day, in the new 5.2 update, and stumbled upon these graffiti puzzles. Let me tell you, they were a bit of a head-scratcher at first!
I found the first one in this new Ochkanatlan area. It’s called “Nightspirit Graffiti,” or something like that. Basically, you gotta find these graffiti spots and then, get this, you have to “indwell” with this weird dinosaur-looking creature called an Iktomisaurus. Yeah, I know, it sounds nuts. Once you do that, you can somehow make objects appear from the graffiti. It’s pretty wild.
I spent a good chunk of time just running around, trying to figure out what to do. There’s this one where you have to mess with some clockwork thingy to reset the scene. It’s called “Solve the Graffiti Puzzle.” Then there’s another called “You Draw, I’ll Step.” Super cryptic, right? I even found some riddles connected to the graffiti. It said they were “a type of puzzles in Simulank”. Honestly, I was just winging it most of the time.
Then I found this one quest, “Mysterious Graffiti.” Here’s the deal: you gotta sit on a chair, like, east of the Masters of the Night-Wind Tribe. I sat there, and then the graffiti started talking! No joke, it actually had a dialogue. After that, I got an achievement, “Every Picture Tells a Story.” That felt pretty good, not gonna lie.
The Anemo Slimes Adventure
But the real adventure started when I went north of the Ancestral Temple. I interacted with this Kamera thing, and suddenly, these Anemo Slimes started floating up and down a hill. And guess what? The hill was covered in graffiti marks! Turns out, I had to do something with them to get a chest. Inside the chest was a “Broken Graffiti-Marked Stone”. I’m still not 100% sure what to do with it, but it felt like a major discovery.
- Find the graffiti spots. This was the easy part, just had to explore a bit.
- “Indwell” with the Iktomisaurus. Took me a while to figure this out, but it’s key to solving the puzzles.
- Create objects from the graffiti. This is where the magic happens!
- Solve the specific puzzles. Like the clockwork one, or the “You Draw, I’ll Step” one. Each one is unique and requires some thinking.
- Complete the “Mysterious Graffiti” quest. Sitting on that chair was a game-changer.
- Find the Anemo Slimes and the chest. This was a fun little detour that rewarded me with the Broken Graffiti-Marked Stone.
All in all, it was a pretty fun and unexpected experience. These graffiti puzzles really add a new layer of exploration to the game.
