Okay, so I’ve been seeing a lot of buzz about “Cloudforged” in Genshin Impact lately. I finally decided to dive in and see what all the fuss was about. Here’s how my experience went, from start to finish.
Figuring Out What It Even Was
First, I had to actually figure out what Cloudforged even is. Turns out, it’s a crafting material, not some fancy new weapon or character I missed. It’s used for forging certain weapons, which is neat, because I’m always looking to upgrade my arsenal.
The Hunt Begins!
So, I needed to get my hands on this stuff. I did a bit of quick searching, found some suggestions. I learned they could be bought in the Mingxing Jewelry store. I tracked it down, I’m ready to get to work.

Forging Time!
Finally, with the Cloudforged in hand, I headed to the crafting bench. I selected the weapon I wanted to craft or enhance, made sure I had all the other necessary materials (which, thankfully, I did!), and hit the “Forge” button. Boom! Weapon upgraded. It felt good to see those stats go up.
It wasn’t the most exciting adventure, but it was a necessary one. Getting the Cloudforged was pretty straightforward, it’s all done.
