So I just checked out this thing called “Seasonal Splendors” in Monopoly GO. It’s a new event that started on July 23rd and will run until July 26th, so it’s like a three-day event. I decided to give it a try and see what it’s all about.
First, I opened up the Monopoly GO app and saw the event banner. It looked pretty cool, so I tapped on it to get started. Basically, the goal is to land on tiles with these little pickups. Each pickup you collect adds to your total score. Sounds easy enough, right?
I started rolling the dice, moving my piece around the board. Every time I landed on a tile with a pickup, I got some points. But here’s the kicker – if you use a multiplier when you roll, you get way more points! So, of course, I started using multipliers whenever I could. It felt pretty good to see my score jump up like that.
Here’s What I Did:
- Rolled the dice: Just like in regular Monopoly, I rolled and moved my piece.
- Landed on pickup tiles: These were the special tiles with the event pickups.
- Used multipliers: This was key to getting more points. I tried to use them strategically to maximize my score.
- Completed milestones: As I collected points, I hit different milestones and unlocked rewards.
As I played, I noticed there were 43 milestones to hit. Each one gives you a reward. I got a bunch of stuff, like dice rolls, cash, and some other goodies. It was pretty fun working my way through the milestones and seeing what I could get.
I played for a good chunk of time, trying to get as many points as possible. It was cool seeing my progress and how the multipliers really made a difference. By the end of it, I managed to hit a bunch of milestones and rack up a decent score.
Honestly, it was a nice change of pace from the regular game. If you’re into Monopoly GO, you should definitely check out the Seasonal Splendors event while it’s still on. It’s a fun way to earn some extra rewards and try something a little different.
