So, I’ve been seeing a lot of buzz lately about Sean Strickland and this supposed brother of his. People all over the internet are going nuts trying to figure out who this guy is. I got curious, so I started digging around.
First thing I did was hop on Instagram. I saw this video of a guy tearing it up on a dirt bike, and it’s supposedly Strickland’s brother. The dude’s got skills, no doubt. But the post didn’t give away his name or anything, so that was a dead end, but I had to find out.
Next, I went down the rabbit hole of trying to find anything about Sean Strickland’s family. Turns out, the guy’s pretty private. There’s nothing out there about him having any siblings. I mean, the guy’s a UFC fighter, maybe he’s used to keeping things under wraps.
Then it hit me. I was looking in all the wrong places. Everyone’s talking about his “brother” but what if they don’t mean a literal brother? So, I started searching for any close friends or training partners he might have.
I found a couple of names that kept popping up – Kevin Lee and Keith Lee. They’re both MMA fighters, just like Strickland. Maybe the “brother” thing is just a term of endearment among fighters. Like, they’re all brothers in arms, you know?
- Checked out Kevin Lee’s stuff. He’s a solid fighter, but there wasn’t anything directly linking him to Strickland other than being in the same sport.
- Looked into Keith Lee, too. Same story. Good fighter, but nothing that screams “Strickland’s brother.”
Then I thought, maybe this whole thing is just a big misunderstanding. Maybe someone saw Strickland hanging out with one of these guys, assumed they were related, and the rumor just took off. It happens all the time.
I even looked into Strickland’s background. Born in Anaheim, California, had a rough childhood apparently. His parents and an older brother are all I could find.
My findings
Looked up his career stats. The guy’s a beast. He’s got a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, so he’s not just a striker, he can grapple, too. His record is like 28-5, which is pretty impressive in the UFC. One fight against Uriah Hall, he took him down four times. This guy is seriously good.
After all this digging, I’m starting to think that Sean Strickland probably doesn’t have a secret brother who’s a dirt bike prodigy. It’s probably just a close friend or a fellow fighter he considers a “brother.”
But hey, I could be wrong. Maybe Strickland will come out and clear up all this speculation. Until then, it’s kind of a fun mystery to think about, right?
