So, I saw this new game trending online today, “Marvel Rivals”. It’s got all these Marvel characters, right? I decided to try and figure out who all is in this thing.
First, I started to go through the game’s official website. They had some character profiles but nothing about the full cast.
Then, I checked out some gaming news sites. Some of them had articles about the confirmed characters, but again, nothing on the full cast.
I moved on to YouTube. Found some gameplay videos and trailers. Paused and played, paused and played. Managed to spot a few characters that weren’t mentioned on the official channels. Scribbled down some notes as I went along.
After that, I went on forums and communities. Lots of speculation, some rumors. Filtered through all of that, trying to find some solid info. Found a few posts from people who claimed to have played the beta. They listed some characters they encountered. Crossed referenced that with my YouTube findings.
The List
After spending hours digging around, here’s what I managed to gather:
- Iron Man – Saw him flying around in a gameplay video.
- Hulk – Spotted him smashing things in a trailer. Classic Hulk stuff.
- Spider-Man – Definitely in there, swinging around.
- Doctor Strange – Saw some magic action in a gameplay clip.
- Loki – He was mentioned on a forum post from a supposed beta player.
- Star-Lord – Another one from the beta player list.
- Rocket Raccoon – This one was tough, but I think I saw him in the background of a scene.
- Black Panther – Definitely in one of the trailers.
- Storm – Someone posted a screenshot on a forum, and I think it was her.
- Magneto – Another one that’s likely, but not 100% sure.
And that’s about it. Not a complete list, that’s for sure. But it’s a start, I guess. Still lots of digging left to do to figure out the full cast. I’ll keep an eye out for updates, and hopefully, we’ll get a full roster reveal soon.
It’s a real mess trying to find out the full cast, and I’ll probably be wrong about a bunch of these. But hey, that’s what makes it kinda fun, right?
