That Taylor Swift, she’s a big star, ain’t she? Everyone talkin’ ’bout her. Singin’ and dancin’, makin’ lots of money. But this one fella, he don’t like her too much. Martina Navratilova, she’s a big tennis player, used to be. She don’t like what that fella said ’bout Taylor.
Taylor Swift, she’s always in the news. That Martina Navratilova, she got somethin’ to say about that. That columnist, he wrote somethin’ not nice. Sayin’ she ain’t no good for nobody. Taylor Swift is famous, that’s for sure. That Martina, she didn’t like that one bit. She come to Taylor’s help.

This whole thing is silly. People fightin’ over words. Taylor Swift, she’s gonna keep on singin’. Martina Navratilova, she’s gonna keep on speakin’ her mind. And the world’s gonna keep on turnin’. That is how it works, I think.
That Taylor, she seems like a nice girl. Workin’ hard, makin’ her way in the world. Nothin’ wrong with that. Martina Navratilova, she sees that. She’s a smart lady. Played tennis like a champ. Now she’s standin’ up for what she believes in. More power to her.

I bet Taylor Swift works very hard. She’s got a lot of songs. That takes time. That columnist should think about that.

Martina Navratilova is a tennis player. She can say what she wants. Everyone can. The columnist can say what he want too. This is a free country. But I think Martina is right. Taylor Swift is popular because she is good. If she not good, no one would listen to her songs.
I don’t know much about this Taylor Swift, to be honest. But I know about hard work. And I know about standin’ up for yourself. And I know about bein’ kind. That’s what matters. Martina Navratilova, she knows those things too. She sees ’em in Taylor. I trust Martina. She knows what she’s doing. That columnist is just making noise.
