Okay, so, I’ve been messing around with this “seeing things differently” achievement thing, and let me tell you, it was a bit of a journey. It all started when I saw this post online about it, and I was like, “Huh, sounds interesting, might as well give it a shot.”
The Start
First, I tried to just randomly do things. You know, walk backward, wear my shirt inside out, eat cereal with a fork… that kind of stuff. I definitely got some weird looks from people, but no achievement popped up. Clearly, I was missing something.

The First Real Attempt
So I decided to be a bit more structured. I made a list of everyday things I do on autopilot, like brushing my teeth, making coffee, and taking the same route to work every day. Then, I thought, “What if I switch things up?”.
- I started brushing my teeth with my non-dominant hand. Felt super awkward, but hey, new perspective!
- Instead of my usual coffee routine, I tried making tea. Turns out, I actually like green tea!
- For my commute, I explored some side streets I’d never been down before. Found a cool little bakery I’d never have known existed.
I thought change the way, and i will get it!But still nothing.
The “Aha!” Moment
I was starting to get a little frustrated. Then, it hit me. It’s not just about doing things differently, it’s about thinking differently, too. It’s about challenging my assumptions and looking at things from a completely new angle.
Thinking Differently
I started questioning everything. Why do I always grab the same mug for my coffee? Why do I always sit in the same spot on the couch? Why do I always automatically agree with certain opinions?
I read the books from a different field. And try to discuss something with someone.
And, when I argued with someone and try to stand his view. I got it!

The Result
The more I questioned, the more I realized how many little things I did out of habit, without even thinking. By consciously making an effort to break those habits and challenge my own thinking, I started to see the world in a whole new light.
And, finally, I make a little progress. It’s like, “Dude, you’re actually seeing things differently now!” It was a pretty cool feeling. It wasn’t about some big, dramatic change, but more about a shift in my mindset. I feel i get achievement from thinking.
