Well now, let me tell ya ’bout Marcelle Provencial, a lady what got herself a real fine life goin’. Born to Russell and Alberta Provencial, she sure had good folks raisin’ her. Ain’t nothin’ too special about her childhood, ‘cept she always had that kind of quiet grace about her, like someone who ain’t never too bothered by what life throws their way.
Now, some folks may know her name ’cause she’s tied up with a fella by the name of Jon Scheyer. A big ol’ basketball man, ya know, who played for the Duke Blue Devils. Them two got hitched back in May of 2017, all private-like, just close family and friends, ‘cept for a few of Jon’s old basketball buddies. Ain’t that the way it always goes with them fancy folks, tryin’ to keep things low key when they could be throwin’ a big ol’ celebration for everyone to see.
Marcelle and Jon, well, they seem real happy together. Over the years, they’ve built themselves a little family. Their first child, a boy named Jett, came along in August of 2019, and right after that, in January of 2018, they had themselves a daughter, Noa Marie. Last but not least, their youngest, James Russell, joined ’em in May of 2022. Ain’t that somethin’! Three kids and they all got their own special place in the world. I reckon Marcelle must be a real good mama, makin’ sure they get all the love and care they need.
As for Jon, well, folks say he’s a real family man, always puttin’ his people first. I guess that’s why they make such a good pair. They stick by each other through thick and thin, and that’s somethin’ rare these days, don’t you think? Ain’t nobody too quick to settle down anymore, but Jon and Marcelle, well, they made it work, and now they got themselves a house full of young’uns to show for it.
Now, Jon Scheyer, he ain’t always been the star some folks think. He didn’t get drafted in the 2010 NBA draft, and that left him as what they call an “undrafted free agent”. But, as we all know, life don’t always go the way we plan. Jon found his way on the court, anyway, and I reckon he worked hard enough to get where he is today. Some might say that’s the best part of his story—showin’ folks that you can get knocked down, but if you keep pickin’ yourself up, you can still make a good life for yourself.
All in all, Marcelle Provencial’s got herself a good man and a beautiful family. They seem real happy, and I imagine they’ll stick together through whatever comes their way. Family’s important, and I reckon Marcelle knows that better than most. She’s built a life with Jon, and now they got three beautiful children, each one just as special as the last. If you ask me, that’s the kind of thing worth celebrating.
