Okay, so I’ve been diving deep into Honkai Star Rail lately, and I got REALLY into the character Jiaoqiu. I just love his design, you know? And that voice? Amazing. I wanted to capture that voice, extract it from the game files, and maybe use it for, uh, personal projects. Let’s just say I’m a big fan. So here’s how I did it. It was a bit of a journey, not gonna lie.
Finding the Files
First things first, I had to locate the game’s audio files. This took some digging, and a few failed attempts. I had to look within the game installed directory. Luckily found the voice-over files.

I poked around different folders. No easy task let me tell you.
The Extraction Process
Now came the tricky part: actually getting the audio out of those files. The usual suspects. I’m talking about the programs people usually use to deal with game files and audio. I messed around with a few different programs, trying to see what would work, It’s kind of like trying different keys until one fits the lock, you know?
Sorting and Labeling
Once I finally managed to extract all the audio, it was a MESS. Just tons of files with names that didn’t tell me anything. I figured I needed a better way to organize it all.
So I got to work, listening to each clip one by one. Seriously, this took hours. I created a new folder, “Jiaoqiu Voices,” and started dragging and dropping. I gave each file a descriptive name, like “Jiaoqiu_battlecry_01” or “Jiaoqiu_idle_chatter_03”. That way, I could easily find what I was looking for later.
The Final Result
Finally, after all that effort, I had a nicely organized folder full of Jiaoqiu’s voice lines! All clean, clearly labeled, and ready to go. I was pretty proud of myself, honestly. It was a lot of work, but totally worth it for a fan like me.
So, yeah, that’s the story of how I ripped Jiaoqiu’s voice from Honkai Star Rail. If you’re a big fan of a character’s voice, you can do it too! It just takes some patience, some trial and error, and maybe a few hours of listening to audio clips. Good luck!
