Okay, so I wanted to mess around with this “hsr orla” thing I kept seeing pop up. Honestly, I had no clue what it even was at first, just that it had something to do with, I guessed, Honkai: Star Rail, and looked like some kind of character build guide or something. So, I figured, why not? Let’s dive in.
First things first, I booted up the game. I mean, that’s kind of obvious, right? Gotta have the game running to, you know, actually do anything related to it.
Then, I did what anyone does when they’re lost – I hit up Google. I just typed in “hsr orla” and scrolled through a few of the results. Most were just lists, so there are many different types of Orlas.
I got some of it from different sources, but finally, I figured out that there are builds. And I realized, it needs team comp. I can try many things!
Next up, I went back into the game and started experimenting. I choose one type, and tried putting together a team, swapping out characters to see what felt right. I spent a good chunk of time just playing around, testing different combinations, and seeing what worked in different situations.
I took some notes along the way – mostly just scribbling down which characters seemed to synergize well, which ones felt clunky together, and what I thought were the best Light Cones and Relics to use. Nothing fancy, just enough to keep track of what I was doing.
After a while, I felt like I had a decent grasp of how to build a team. It wasn’t perfect, but it was definitely a start! The best part, I think, was the “okay, got it!” moment, I want to try more and more.
