Okay, so today I wanted to mess around with Naafiri, specifically her Darkin Dagger form. I’ve seen some gameplay of her, and I was really curious about how the whole “pack” mechanic works.
Getting Started
First, I jumped into the Practice Tool. Gotta get a feel for the champion before trying anything crazy in a real game, you know? I started by just running around the jungle, getting used to her basic attacks and movement. It felt pretty smooth, surprisingly.

Experimenting with Abilities
Then came the fun part – testing out her abilities. Her Q, Darkin Daggers, is her main thing. I spent a good chunk of time just throwing those daggers at jungle camps. I noticed that if I hit the same target twice, it did a nice chunk of extra damage and applied a bleed. Pretty cool!
- Q – Darkin Daggers: Throw daggers, bleed enemies, more damage on second hit.
- W – Hounds’ Pursuit I tried it on different target and get close to target.
- E – Eviscerate: Dash and damage, recalls packmates.
Her W, Hounds’ Pursuit, that’s where the pack really comes into play. I used it to dash to a target, and my little dog buddies ran with me and started attacking. I can already started sensing how it’ll be really good for ganking and chasing down enemies.
Finally, her E, Eviscerate. It’s a short dash that damages enemies, but it also calls your packmates back to you and heals them. I figured this would be essential for keeping the pack alive during fights, and I was right! I practiced using it to dodge skillshots while keeping my dogs healthy.
Putting it All Together
After messing with each ability individually, I started trying to combo them together. A basic combo I found that worked pretty well was W to engage, then Q to hit them with the daggers, and E to reposition and keep my pack alive. I played a few custome games,it feels good. Simple, but effective, especially if you can land both hits of the Q.!
Final thoughts
I played a few custom games, and it felt good,I think I’ll be spending some more time with Naafiri. I’ve only scratched the surface, but I’m already excited about the potential for outplays and aggressive plays with her * is cool and I like it!
