So, I was browsing the web the other day, just killing time, and I stumbled upon this question that got me thinking: “How tall is Floyd Mayweather?” You know, the famous boxer? I mean, I’ve seen him on TV and all, but it’s hard to tell a person’s actual height when they’re standing next to other boxers, who are probably all different sizes themselves. So, I decided to do a little digging.
First, I hit up Google, because where else do you go when you have a random question, right? I typed in “Floyd Mayweather height” and scrolled through a bunch of articles. Most of them said he’s 5’7″ or 170 cm. Okay, that seemed reasonable. He’s not exactly a giant, but he’s not super short either.

But then I started noticing something interesting. In a lot of pictures, especially the ones where he’s with his bodyguards, he looked way shorter. Like, these guys were towering over him!
