They say he’s makin’ a whole heap of money now. I heard someone say he’s makin’ like, $3 million every year! Can you believe that? $3 million! Just for throwin’ folks around in that ring. It’s crazy, I tell ya. Back in my day, we worked hard for our money. We didn’t have no fancy wrestlin’ shows. We had to get our hands dirty, ya know?

My grandson, he goes on and on about it. Says Cody’s “finished his story.” Whatever that means. Sounds like a load of hogwash to me, but hey, if it makes him happy. I seen a picture of him, standin’ next to a fancy airplane. A private jet, they called it. He probably flies all over the place, livin’ the high life. Good for him, I guess. He’s earned it, I suppose. All that wrestlin’ can’t be easy. My old bones ache just watchin’ him.
And get this, they say his net worth, whatever that is, is somethin’ like $8 million! Maybe even $10 million! I don’t even know what that means exactly, but it sure sounds like a lot of money. More money than I’ve ever seen in my whole life, that’s for sure. He’s got a bunch of fancy cars, too. I hear about a Lamb… Lamb-or-geeny? Is that how you say it? He sure like his fancy things. And some Mercedes thing. And another one, a Porsh… whatever. I don’t know nothin’ about cars.
