Okay, so today I decided to tackle “Gray Zone Warfare at the Mounds of Madness 2”. I’d heard some chatter about it, figured I’d give it a shot. First thing I did was fire up the game, obviously. Got to the main menu, and went straight into selecting that particular mission. I wanted to see what all the fuss was about.
Once I loaded in, man, the atmosphere was thick. Really creepy vibes, you know? I started by just kinda poking around, getting a feel for the layout. I like to explore every nook and cranny before I really get into the thick of it.

My Playthrough
- Checked every corner I can reach, found some initial supplies.
- Slowly advanced and checked the environment for any hidden paths.
- Encountered the first group of enemies, Took them out with a few shots.
I pushed forward, keeping my eyes peeled for enemies. They started popping up, the usual grunts. Took ’em down, no problem. The real challenge came later, though. Bigger dudes, tougher armor, the whole nine yards.
After I changed my tactics, I got a little damage but still I took them down.
So, I pushed up to what looked like the main area.
The final boss or whatever was there, it was crazy looking monster!

I kept at it, dodging and weaving, finally wore it down. Boom! Mission complete. It was a rush, I gotta say. Definitely a good time, but man, my heart was pounding there at the end.
