Okay, so I’ve been messing around with creating banners, and I wanted to make one with a Genshin Impact theme. The whole process was kind of a learning experience, so I figured I’d share how it went down.
Finding the Goods
First things first, I needed some good-quality images. You know, character renders, logos, that sort of thing. I spent a good chunk of time just browsing around, saving anything that looked promising. It’s always better to have too much to work with than not enough!

Putting it Together
Next up, I pulled everything into my trusty old image editor. I started by playing with different background options.I tried out a few different color schemes, some gradients, the works. It took a while to find something that felt right, that really captured that Genshin vibe.
- Try a few layouts.
- Move the character around, resize stuff.
- See what felt balanced.
Getting the Text Right
Then came the text. Figuring out the right font was a bit of a pain. I wanted something that looked fantasy-ish, but still readable, and also, matched the game’s aesthetic, It is really *,I chose a font and tried a few different colors and effects, like drop shadows and outlines, to make it pop.
Tweaks and More Tweaks
After that, it was just a lot of little adjustments. You know, tweaking colors, moving things around a pixel here and there. I probably spent more time on this stage than anything else, just trying to get it to look “just right.” Sometimes I even felt frustrated, I just wanted to give up,but I did not. I insisted!
The Final Result
Finally, I had something I was pretty happy * is not perfect of course. But, for a quick project, I think it turned out okay! It’s always fun to try new things and learn along the way. Maybe I’ll try making some more banners with different themes in the future. Who knows, maybe I used all my good luck to get a five star character after I finished this banner! Just kidding.
