Fix Gray Zone Warfare Coughing Problem Quick and Easy Guide

Hey everyone, it’s your boy here, back with another gaming deep dive. Today, I’m tackling something that’s been driving me nuts in Gray Zone Warfare – that damn coughing. Seriously, it’s like my character has a pack-a-day habit, and it’s not just annoying, it gives away your position like nobody’s business.

So, I rolled up my sleeves and got to work figuring this out. First off, I pressed that “U” key to bring up the health screen. I was looking to see if there was anything wrong with my lungs or anything. I saw one of my organs was highlighted, and it wasn’t white. So, it looks like I needed a Surgical Kit for that. I always forget about this screen, honestly.

Next, I went into my inventory and scanned it for a Surgical Kit. I found one, I remembered that I actually get one of these for free since I’m playing Early Access. Otherwise, I would have needed to buy one from the Lab Rat vendor. I used it by right-clicking it and selecting “use”.

  • Hit that “U” key.
  • Checked my health screen.
  • Checked my inventory for a Surgical Kit.
  • Used the Surgical Kit.

And guess what? It worked! My character was finally breathing easy, no more coughing fits. It was a huge relief. It’s crazy how one little thing like that can make such a big difference in the game.

While I was at it, I also noticed my character was dizzy, I remembered somewhere that dizziness was caused by blood loss, so I used a blood bag to get my blood levels back to normal. I also had a mild case of dizziness once before and a couple of sips of water fixed it, but that was a rare occasion.

But yeah, the coughing was the main thing. If you’re struggling with it in Gray Zone Warfare, do those steps, and you should be good to go. It’s all about adapting and using what you’ve got to your advantage, right? That’s what makes this game so intense and fun.

Anyway, that’s my little adventure for today. Hope this helps some of you out there. Stay safe, stay smart, and I’ll catch you in the next one!
