Alright, guys, so I’ve been messing around with this “firefly ascension” thing, and let me tell you, it’s been a journey. I wanted to share my experience, from start to finish, in case anyone else is diving into this.
Getting Started
First things first, I had to gather all the stuff. This wasn’t as easy as it sounds! I started by looking for what I call the main components, all detailed for what I needed to get, and then, trying to track them down.

- Character Level: Made sure my Firefly was maxed out at level 80, the maximum before any Ascension.
- Trace Materials: Got “Raging Heart” x 5, for example, just one of many Trace Materials needed.
- Ascension Materials: Hunted down “Stellaron Hunter: Raging Heart” x 65, and I will explain further how I got it.
- Credits: Made sure I had enough credits, because you always, always need more credits.
The Grind
Okay, so here’s where the real work began. The items, the stuff I mentioned above, are not something you get easily.
I started hitting up all the places, farming is the word they use. Places I could find the materials. It took a while, running the same battles over and over, sometimes getting what I needed, sometimes not. Seriously, the drop rates on some of this stuff is crazy. It’s like the game knows what you want and just refuses to give it to you. There was some serious grinding involved.
The Process
Once I finally had everything, it was time for the moment of truth.
- Checked Inventory: Double-checked, triple-checked, that I had all the required materials. Nothing worse than getting to the end and realizing you’re short one tiny thing.
- Character Screen: Navigated to Firefly’s character screen, where all the magic happens.
- Ascension: Found the “Ascend” button – it’s usually pretty obvious – and tapped it.
- Confirmation: The game, of course, asked me if I was sure. “Are you REALLY sure you want to do this?” Yes, game, I’m sure!
And then… boom! Animation plays, stats go up, and Firefly is looking all shiny and new. Seriously, it’s a pretty satisfying feeling after all that work.
The Aftermath
After all that, I took the newly ascended Firefly for a spin. The power increase was noticeable, and it felt pretty good to see the results of all that effort. The increased stats made a difference.
So yeah, that’s my “firefly ascension” story. It’s a bit of a process, but definitely worth it in the end. Hope this helps anyone else out there who’s on the same path!
