Okay, so, I was messing around in Rivington in Baldur’s Gate 3 the other day. You know, that area in Act Three, the one right at the bottom of the map? Yeah, that’s the one.
So, I started by heading over to Gortash’s coronation. He gave me the heads-up about Orin, but honestly, talking to everyone there didn’t really get me anywhere. I did some snooping around, you know, playing detective, and stumbled upon a few murders.
Then I got this quest – “Rescue Orin’s Victim.” It’s all tied up with those Netherstones. I had to decide whether to go after Orin and get her Netherstone or, you know, maybe team up with her.
I was like, “Alright, let’s do this.” I had heard rumors that she was disguised as a smith, and I thought I could surprise her. So, I went on this whole hunt for some ritualistic stuff, thinking it would lead me to her.
Finding Orin
- First Stop: Lower City Sewers – I figured the Undercity Ruins were connected to the sewers, so that’s where I went first.
- Quests Along the Way – There were a bunch of other quests I bumped into, like those “Open Hand Temple Murders.” They kept me busy, for sure.
- No Rush, Though – Good thing is, there’s no need to hurry up and deal with Gortash. I took my sweet time exploring.
After a lot of exploring and fighting through some tough spots, I finally tracked down Orin. Turns out, she wasn’t just some random smith. She is actually a Bhaalspawn, all about that murder and pain stuff. Kind of a big deal, you know?
So yeah, that’s how my adventure in Rivington went. Found Orin, learned a bunch of crazy stuff, and got that Netherstone. Pretty wild, right?
