Alright, so I was on this mission to find all these “Hope is the Thing with Feathers” thingies in Honkai Star Rail. You know, those little paper birds? Yeah, those. I figured I’d share my struggles and triumphs, ’cause why not?
First Steps and Early Frustrations
So, I started poking around, checking the usual spots. You know, the places where you’d expect hidden stuff. I spent a good hour, maybe more, just wandering around, clicking on everything that looked remotely suspicious. No dice. Nothing. Zilch.

The Hunt Intensifies
Okay, time to get serious. I started, like, really looking. I mean, REALLY looking. I checked every nook and cranny, every little corner, every slightly-off-color patch on the wall. Started to feel like one of those crazy conspiracy theorists, seeing patterns where there were none.
The Breakthrough
Finally, I found the first one! I almost gave up at the earlier stage, It was hidden behind this, like, totally unassuming piece of scenery. I won’t spoil the exact location, but let’s just say it involved some clever camera angling. I felt like a genius. A very tired, slightly-cross-eyed genius.
- Then I went to find the next one, used the same method, thinking I’d cracked the code. Nope. Turns out, each bird has its own little hiding spot, each one more annoying than the last.
- More searching, more frustration. I swear, I started to see those paper birds in my sleep. They were haunting me.
- Finally, I checked and it was really helpful. Some kind soul had put together a list of general areas, which at least narrowed things down a bit. Big shout-out to that person, whoever you are.
The Final Stretch (and Sweet Victory)
Armed with this newfound knowledge, I was on a roll. I found a couple more, each one still a pain, but at least I had a direction to go in. The last few were tricky, I won’t lie. One involved some, shall we say, “creative” platforming. Another was just plain mean, tucked away in a place I’d already checked, like, five times.
But then… I found the last one. Sweet, sweet victory! I did a little victory dance, much to the amusement of my cat. It was a long journey, filled with frustration, but hey, I got there in the end. And now I can share my, uh, “wisdom” with the world.
