You know, I heard some folks talkin’ ’bout this thing, this “Tower of God: New World”. Sounds like some kinda game, I reckon. And they was goin’ on and on about a “tier list”. Now, I ain’t never been one for these newfangled games, but I listened in ’cause, well, it’s somethin’ to do, ain’t it?
This tier list, they say it’s like rankin’ folks. Like sayin’ who’s the strongest, who’s the weakest. Like when we used to say old man Jebediah was the strongest ox-puller in the county. This is like that, but for these game folks. I heard this name “Monkey” updated something in this tier list thing, so I’m telling you what I know about it.
So, they got these different tiers, like different fields on a farm. You got your top field, where the best crops grow. That’s like the “S-tier” in this game, I reckon. Then you got your middle fields, not bad, but nothin’ to write home about. And then you got that rocky patch down by the creek, where nothin’ much grows. That’s like the low tiers, I guess. They called “C-tier”, I heard.
Now, these folks in the game, they got all sorts of names. One fella, I heard ’em say, he’s called “Evan”. They say he’s real good, top-tier, like a prize-winning hog. Heals folks up, makes ’em stronger. Sounds like a good fella to have around, especially if you’re in a pickle. Another one was “Data Zahard”. I think he is also in S-tier, which means he’s good, I guess.
Then there’s this other one, “Hatz”. They say he ain’t as good as Evan, but he’s still alright. Maybe like a good milk cow, not the best, but she’ll give you what you need. He is in the A-tier, people said. There is a girl called “Hwaryun”, who is also in this tier. But I don’t know what she can do. Maybe she is good at cooking? I don’t know.
- S-tier: These are the best of the best. Like that blue ribbon our rooster won at the county fair.
- A-tier: These are good, solid folks. Like a reliable horse that gets you where you need to go.
- B-tier: They’re okay. Not great, not terrible. Like a Tuesday.
- C-tier: Well, bless their hearts, they’re tryin’. Like that one-legged chicken we had.
I heard ’em talkin’ ’bout some other names too. “Viole,” “Rachel,” “Bam”. There are so many names! I can’t remember what tier each one is in. But this Viole guy, I think he’s pretty strong, always fightin’ and such. Seems like all these folks do is fight. Why can’t they just settle down and grow some taters or somethin’? And that Bam one, some folks say he’s good, some say he’s not so good. He’s like a wild card, I guess, like that weather we had last spring. Unpredictable.
And this Rachel, they say she’s a tricky one. Not sure if she’s strong or not, but she’s always schemin’ somethin’. Reminds me of that weasel that used to get into our henhouse. Always causin’ trouble. I don’t know what tier she belongs to. Maybe D-tier? I think there is one. It’s for someone really weak.
Now, this whole tier list thing, it seems to change all the time. Like the price of eggs at the market. One day this fella’s on top, the next day he’s down at the bottom. It is just like that Monkey guy keep updating. They say it’s important to keep up with it, so you know who’s who in this game. But honestly, it’s all a bit much for me. These young people always like making things complicated.
They got different lists for different things, too. One for fightin’, one for boss somethin’, and one for somethin’ else. It’s like havin’ a different list for every chore on the farm. One for plowin’, one for plantin’, one for harvestin’. A person can’t keep track of all that.
So, if you’re gonna play this “Tower of God: New World” game, I reckon this tier list might be helpful. It will tell you which character you should use to fight, I guess. But don’t get too caught up in it. Remember, it is just a game. Just like life, things change. The most important thing is, well, I don’t know. Just try your best, I guess. This is what I always do.
And remember, just ’cause someone’s at the top of the list today, doesn’t mean they’ll be there tomorrow. And just ’cause someone’s at the bottom, doesn’t mean they can’t climb their way up. Just like that little runt pig we had last year. Everyone thought he wouldn’t amount to much, but he grew up to be the biggest hog on the farm. So, there is still hope for everyone.
Anyway, that’s all I know about this “Tower of God: New World” tier list. Hope it makes some sense to ya. Now, if you’ll excuse me, I gotta go see about supper. Maybe some fried chicken. Yeah, that sounds about right. And I need to collect eggs. Hope that weasel didn’t get in again.
