Alright, listen up, y’all. We gonna talk about them Diamondbacks and them Pittsburgh Pirates, you know, the baseball fellas. They been smackin’ balls and runnin’ around, and folks wanna know where to watch ’em, so here we go.
First off, some of these games, they be on that Apple TV+ thing. Fancy stuff, I tell ya. Heard it’s got some of them Friday night games. Like, they had one game in Pittsburgh, and another one out in Los Angeles with them Angels. Don’t ask me when, I can’t keep track of all them dates, too much for my old brain. But if you got that Apple thingy, you might catch ’em there.
Now, if you’re in Pittsburgh, things get a bit complicated, like my grandson’s math homework. There’s this thing called SNP 360, it’s like a TV channel but on your phone or computer, I guess. They say if you already got regular SNP on your TV, you probably got this 360 thing too. You gotta go to some website and login, *, they say. Sounds like a whole lotta trouble if you ask me.
But what if you don’t have all that fancy stuff? Well, some folks got that YouTube TV, but I heard it ain’t got the channels you need for the Pirates games. Only got Fox, so you gonna miss a whole bunch of games unless you get somethin’ else, like ESPN Plus. See, it’s all a mess, just like my sewing basket.
So, where else can you watch these Diamondbacks and Pirates go at it? Well, they play at this place called Chase Field, that’s where the Diamondbacks hang out. And they got games on TV, regular TV channels I mean, but they don’t tell you which ones all the time. Sometimes it’s on one channel, sometimes it’s on another. It’s enough to make your head spin.
- One time, they was playin’ on a Friday, July 26th I think it was.
- And then they had another game, endin’ on a Sunday. They played a couple of games, one after the other, quick like.
- And they had another one, end of July, the 28th I reckon. Always playin’, these fellas.
If you’re in Pittsburgh, sometimes the game is on somethin’ called ATT SportsNet Pittsburgh. Another one of them fancy channels, I suppose. Seems like you need a whole bunch of different things just to watch a ball game these days.
And get this, sometimes them Diamondbacks, they’re the favorites to win. Happened quite a bit this year, they say. But winnin’ ain’t everything, I always say. It’s about havin’ fun, though I reckon winnin’ is more fun than losin’. You can watch some of these games on somethin’ called Fubo. They got a free trial, so you can watch for free for a little bit. But then they gonna start chargin’ ya, you know how it goes.
So, there ya have it. All sorts of places to watch them Diamondbacks and Pirates. Apple TV+, SNP 360, Fox, ESPN Plus, Fubo, ATT SportsNet Pittsburgh… It’s enough to make a person dizzy. Just gotta figure out what you got and where the game is on. Good luck with that, you gonna need it!
