Okay, so, let’s talk about “Collect Strange Parts” in Genshin. I started this quest the other day, and boy, it was a bit of a journey. First off, I triggered the quest by talking to that Fontaine researcher, Sluasi, near the Experimental Field Generator boss. She asked me to help her out by collecting these, well, strange parts.
Honestly, I was a bit confused at first. Where do I even find these parts? But then I remembered some of the new enemies in Fontaine drop these things. So, I started hunting down those clockwork meka enemies. You know, the ones that look like they jumped out of a steampunk movie? Yeah, those guys.
I spent a good chunk of time just wandering around Fontaine, fighting any clockwork meka I could find. It was kind of fun, in a way. I got to try out some new team comps and just enjoy the scenery while I was at it. Plus, those parts started piling up in my inventory, which was satisfying.
- First, I hit up the area near the Court of Fontaine. There are a bunch of those clockwork meka patrolling around there.
- Then, I teleported over to the new underwater areas. I found a few more there, too. It is kind of hard to swim around and fight at the same time, but I managed.
- Finally, I checked out the area near the Experimental Field Generator itself. Surprise, surprise, more clockwork meka!
After I had collected enough strange parts, I headed back to Sluasi. She was pretty happy to see me and took the parts off my hands. And that was it! Quest complete. I got some rewards, including some Primogems, which is always nice.
It was not the most exciting quest in the world, but it was a nice little distraction. And hey, I got to explore Fontaine a bit more and stock up on some materials. Not a bad way to spend an afternoon, if you ask me.
