Well, let me tell ya ’bout this game, what’s it called… Changli Wuthering Waves. Sounds fancy, but it’s just a bunch of stuff you gotta collect, ya know? Like when I used to pick beans in the field, only these beans are, like, magic or somethin’.
First off, you got these materials. Lots and lots of ’em. They call ’em fancy names, like “Withering Purpurbloom” or “Ensnaring Gaze.” Sounds like somethin’ my old cat used to do when he was chasin’ mice! Anyway, you need these things to make your characters stronger, like eatin’ your vegetables, I guess.
- Withering Purpurbloom: This one, they say it’s a “Natlan local specialty.” Natlan? Sounds like a place my grandpappy used to talk about, way over the mountains. You gotta find a whole mess of ’em, like, 80 or somethin’. Good luck with that, I say! Reminds me of pickin’ cotton, back in the day, fields and fields of it.
- Ensnaring Gaze: Now this one’s a “boss material.” Boss? Sounds like my old man when he was mad! You gotta fight some big ol’ monster to get it, I reckon. Not like the chickens we used to chase around the yard, this is probably somethin’ serious. Probably takes a whole lot of whacking and smackin’.
- Pavo Plum: This one sounds pretty, like a flower or somethin’. But don’t let that fool ya, you’ll probably be climbin’ mountains and swimmin’ rivers to find it. Reminds me of the time I had to chase that runaway pig all over the farm. Took me all day, I tell ya!
- Rage Tacet Core: Now that’s a mouthful! “Rage Tacet…” sounds like somethin’ my husband used to do when he lost his temper! This one, I bet, is hard to get. Probably gotta beat up some tough guys or somethin’. Maybe it’s like tryin’ to get a stubborn mule to move – takes a lot of pullin’ and pushin’.
And then there’s these things called “Fangs Flying To and Fro.” What in the tarnation is that? Sounds like somethin’ out of a scary story! They say it helps with swimmin’. Swimmin’? Back in my day, we just jumped in the water and paddled! But these young folks, they need all these fancy things, I guess. They say it decreases swimmin’ stamina by 15%. Whatever that means. Probably makes it so you don’t get tired as fast. We didn’t need that back when we went swimmin’ in the creek as kids.
You also gotta “ascend” your characters. Ascend? Sounds like goin’ up to heaven! But it just means makin’ ’em stronger, I think. And for that, you need all these materials. It’s like bakin’ a cake, you gotta have all the right ingredients, or it just won’t turn out right. Only instead of flour and sugar, you need “Withering Purpurblooms” and “Ensnaring Gazes.” Go figure.
Farming strategy, they call it. Farming? I know about farming! But this ain’t plantin’ corn, this is killin’ monsters and pickin’ magic flowers. Still, it’s the same idea, I guess. You gotta work hard, and you gotta know where to look. Like when I used to go mushroom huntin’ in the woods, you gotta know where the good spots are.
They even got this “Counselor to the Magistrate Jinzhou.” Sounds important! Like the mayor of our town, only fancier. I bet he knows where all the good materials are. Maybe I should go ask him, if I could find him. It’s probably like trying to talk to the old judge, always busy, always got some important to do.
And then there’s the “elemental skills.” Elemental? Sounds like witchery! But it’s just magic, I reckon. Like makin’ fire or lightning, I guess. You use these skills to fight monsters and get materials. It’s all connected, see? Like a big ol’ chain. You gotta do one thing to get to the next. Reminds me of the work we had to do on the farm, everything was connected. Feed the chickens, they lay eggs, you sell eggs, buy clothes.
So, if you wanna play this Changli Wuthering Waves, you gotta be prepared to do some work. It ain’t just sittin’ around and watchin’ the grass grow. You gotta go out there and find these materials, fight these monsters, and “ascend” your characters. It’s like a whole ‘nother job, I tell ya! But I guess if it’s fun for young folks then have at it. It ain’t like we didn’t have crazy things to do when I was young. Just different kinds of crazy I suppose.
