They also talkin’ about some “quest” with a “counselor.” Don’t ask me what that means, but it’s happenin’ on the same day as Changli’s banner, so I guess it’s important. Maybe you gotta talk to some wise old fella before you can get Changli, who knows? These games are complicated these days.
