Okay, so I’ve been messing around with different team comps in Genshin, and I stumbled upon something that’s actually pretty fun: the “Pyro Raiden” team. It’s not your typical Raiden hypercarry, but it slaps!
I started thinking, “What if I could get Raiden’s burst to do some serious Pyro damage?” I knew I needed Bennett, obviously, for that sweet ATK buff and healing. So, Bennett was the first one in.

Next, I needed someone to apply Pyro consistently so Raiden could trigger Overload. Xiangling was a no-brainer. Her Pyronado is just insane, plus the energy recharge from Raiden really helps keep it up all the time.
Here is what I did:
- I put Bennett in.
- Then Xiangling was a no-brainer.
Now, for the fourth slot, I was kinda scratching my head. I thought about a few options, I needed someone who could either boost the team’s damage even further or provide some extra utility.
Experimenting time
First I tried Kazuha to buff the element, but it didn’t get those big overload numbers. I wanted something to boost that pyro damage.
Then, I remembered Chevreuse! Her passive skill that buffs overload teams is good. Once I tried with her, it felt so much better. The Overloads were hitting like a truck, and everything was just melting. It might be a little overkill with both Bennett and Chevreuse, I think I did too much, but it was cool.
The rotation is pretty simple, to begin with I used Bennett’s skill and burst, swap to Chevreuse tap her skill, then burst, moving to Xiangling and do the same, so, finally with Raiden’s skill I can start hitting basic attacks during her Burst.

It’s surprisingly effective and, most importantly, it’s just plain fun to watch those big, explosive numbers pop up. Give it a shot, and you won’t be disappointed.
