Alright, so, I wanted to mess around with this whole “ashes of war to increase bleed” thing in the game. It sounded pretty cool, and I was itching to try it out myself. I started by, you know, just diving into the game and trying to figure out where to even begin with this.
First off, I went around looking up stuff, kind of like checking notes. Turns out, finding the right stuff wasn’t as straightforward as I thought. But, it is a game, after all. There were some mentions of a new update for a follower, like Serana Dialogue or something, and another follower called Ashe. It got me thinking about how these things are always changing.
Then, I encountered a bit of a hiccup. There was this problem where, if you loaded a save file before the lab after a game over, it messed things up. I spent a good chunk of time trying to sort this out. It’s pretty annoying when that kind of stuff happens, right? So, I got to work, looking for what could fix this and tried out different things until it seemed like the issue was gone. Pretty satisfying to get that sorted, I gotta say.
After that, I got back to what I really wanted to do – increasing the bleed. I found out about this thing called “Waves of Darkness” which apparently has Magic Affinity and works on some heavy weapons like greataxes and stuff. I played around with it a bit, trying it out on different enemies. It was pretty cool seeing the effects, not gonna lie. It made those fights feel a bit different, you know?
- Started with researching what “ashes of war” is all about.
- Got sidetracked by some update news and a game bug.
- Spent time fixing the save file issue before the lab area.
- Finally got to experiment with “Waves of Darkness” to increase bleed.
- Enjoyed the process and the new combat dynamics it brought.
It was a bit of a journey, figuring all this out. But, honestly, that’s part of what makes it fun. You learn new things, fix some issues, and get to enjoy the game in a new way. I thought it was pretty neat and wanted to share my little adventure with you all. Hope you guys find it interesting, too!
