Well, let me tell ya somethin’ ’bout this AJ Lee girl. Folks keep jabberin’ on and on about whether she’s comin’ back to that wrestlin’ ring or not. It’s like a hen peckin’ at corn, never stoppin’.
Is she gonna wrestle again? Who knows! That fella CM Punk, her husband, you know, he says she could come back if she wants to. Says it on that “Rosenberg Wrestlin’” thing. But that don’t mean nothin’ definite, does it? It’s like sayin’ the sun might shine tomorrow. Well, yeah, and it might rain too!
I hear tell that WWE, that wrestlin’ company, they’d be happy to have her back. Even though she left ’em before. It’s like when your cow wanders off into the neighbor’s field, you still want her back, right? ‘Cause she’s your cow! Same thing, I guess.
- People keep hopin’ she’ll come back. It’s like waitin’ for rain in a dry spell.
- WWE says they’d take her back. Like a lost dog comin’ home.
- But Punk says she’s busy. Busy as a bee in a flower patch, I reckon.
He says on that “Cheap Heat” podcast thing, it’s all about how much work she can handle. She’s got a lot goin’ on, apparently. Can’t blame her, workin’ hard is what we do, ain’t it? Just like plantin’ taters in the spring, gotta put in the effort if you want a good harvest.
Now, this AJ girl, she ain’t just sittin’ around eatin’ bonbons, no sir. She’s workin’ with that WOW wrestlin’ thing, Women of Wrestlin’. Big shot producer, they say. And she talks on the TV show too, tells you what’s happenin’ in the ring. Like a rooster crowin’ in the mornin’, lettin’ everyone know what’s what.
She even made a video of herself trainin’, got folks thinkin’ she’s gettin’ ready to jump back in the ring. But that don’t mean nothin’! I can go out and hoe my garden, doesn’t mean I’m gonna become a farmer, does it? People read too much into things, if you ask me.
This girl, she used to wrestle with another girl named Kaitlyn. Best friends, they were. Called themselves “The Chickbusters.” Like two peas in a pod, those two. Fought together, learned together. Reminds me of me and my sister, always stickin’ together, even when we were scrappin’ like cats and dogs.
One time, on that wrestlin’ show, this big fella, Big Show they call him, he accidentally knocked her silly and they had to carry her off on a stretcher. Scared the bejeebers outta folks, I bet. But she came back, tough as an old boot, she did. Just like when a tree branch breaks in a storm, it grows back stronger.
So, will she come back to wrestlin’? Beats me. Maybe she will, maybe she won’t. It’s her business, ain’t it? Just like it’s my business whether I plant corn or beans this year. People ought to just let her be and stop all the fussin’. She’ll do what she wants, when she wants. And that’s all there is to it.
At the end of the day, it ain’t our place to say what she should do. She’s a grown woman, and she can make her own decisions. Whether she’s wrestlin’ or producin’ or just plain relaxin’, it’s her life. Just like we all got our own lives to live, and nobody else can tell us how to live ’em.
