Okay, so I’ve been diving deep into AFK Journey lately, and one thing that was driving me nuts was the messy inventory. I mean, who wants to scroll through a jumbled mess of gear every time you need something? Not me! So, I spent a good chunk of my afternoon figuring out the best way to sort things out, literally. Here’s how I did it:
First Steps: Assess the Mess
First, I took a long, hard look at my inventory. Ugh, what a disaster. I had equipment, upgrade materials, and all sorts of random stuff just thrown together. The default sorting wasn’t cutting it. It was time to take matters into my own hands.

Finding the Sort Button
Next, I started poking around the inventory screen. It took a minute, because you know, I am a noob, but eventually, I found the sort button. It is an icon, that looks like some bars or whatever in the corner.
Experimenting with Sorting Options
- By Quality: This was the most obvious option. I clicked it, and boom, all my highest-quality gear went straight to the top. It is an option, but it is easy to find it out.
- By Type: Then I tried sorting by type. This grouped all my weapons, armor, accessories, and everything else together. It was already looking much better. I clicked it, too.
- By Level: Sometimes, I just wanted to see my highest-level gear, regardless of quality. The level sort option made that super easy.
Combining Sort Options for Maximum Efficiency
Here’s where things got interesting. I realized I could combine sorting options. For example, I could sort by quality first and then by type. This gave me a list of my best gear, neatly organized by what kind of item it was. It is so easy for me to look for a specific item now.
The Result: A Clean and Organized Inventory
After playing around with the sorting options, my inventory was finally looking respectable. No more endless scrolling! I could easily find the gear I needed, whether I was upgrading my heroes or experimenting with different builds. It’s a small change, but it made a huge difference in my gameplay experience.
So, that’s how I tackled my inventory mess in AFK Journey. It’s not rocket science, but it definitely takes a bit of experimentation to find the sorting method that works best for you. Now, I need to go back to AFK Journey. Happy gaming, everyone!
