Okay, so, I saw this wild thing online the other day and just had to try it out myself. It all started when I stumbled upon a tweet showing a picture of this baseball player, Tyler Glasnow, and the guy looked exactly like Cillian Murphy. I mean, it was like seeing double!
At first, I thought, “No way, that can’t be real.” But, the resemblance was just too much. I did a little digging, and it turns out a bunch of folks on the internet were also freaking out about it. They were calling this Glasnow guy Cillian Murphy’s doppelganger.
I got curious, so I started looking up pictures of both of them. I pulled up some shots of Cillian Murphy, you know, the actor from “Oppenheimer” and “Peaky Blinders”, and then I found some pictures of Tyler Glasnow, who apparently plays for the Tampa Bay Rays.
- First, I opened up my browser and searched for “Cillian Murphy” images.
- Then, I opened another tab and searched for “Tyler Glasnow” pictures.
- I started comparing the photos, and man, I was blown away.
The Resemblance Is Uncanny
I put their pictures side by side on my screen, and it was actually kind of freaky. They’ve got the same kind of intense eyes, similar facial structure, it’s wild! It’s like they were separated at birth or something.
I spent a good chunk of my afternoon just going through pictures and articles. I even found this interview where Cillian Murphy himself reacted to finding out about his baseball doppelganger! I guess even he was surprised by it.
After doing all this digging and comparing, I realized the whole thing started from a fake picture. Someone had probably Photoshopped Cillian’s face onto a Dodgers uniform or something. But it got me down this rabbit hole of comparing these two, and honestly, it was a fun way to kill some time.
In the end, it was just a bit of internet fun, but it was cool to see how much these two guys look alike. It really makes you wonder if there’s a long-lost twin out there for all of us!
