Edge and Lita, What’s the Big Deal?
So, there’s this fella named Edge, right? And this gal, Lita. They’re both wrestlers on that TV show, you know, the one where they pretend to smack each other around. Well, these two, they got themselves into a bit of a pickle. See, Lita, she was supposed to be with another wrestler, a guy named Matt Hardy. They were a big deal, like peanut butter and jelly. Then, outta nowhere, Lita and Edge, they started gettin’ real close. Not just on the TV, but in real life, too!
Now the folks watching, they got real mad about it. They started yelling things at Edge and Lita, like “We want Matt!” and “You done messed up!” It was a real mess. And wouldn’t you know it, the folks running the show, they decided to put Edge and Lita together on TV, too. Lordy, it caused quite a stir.
Lita’s Messy Love Life
That Lita, she’s had her share of beaus, let me tell you. First, there was that Matt Hardy. They were sweet on each other for a good while, even teamed up with Matt’s brother, Jeff. They called themselves Team Xtreme or somethin’ like that. But that whole thing went south when Edge came into the picture.
- Lita and Matt Hardy, they were a big thing.
- Then came Edge, and it all went kaput.
- After Edge, there was this other fella, CM Punk. They were on and off like a light switch.
Then I also saw one time they was doing a show, and Lita was supposed to be knocked up. They even got married on that RAW show. But then she ends up being friends with another one of them wrestlers name Kane.
Folks Yellin’ at Edge and Lita
You wouldn’t believe the things people were saying about Edge and Lita. They were calling them all sorts of names, saying they ruined everything. Some folks were even saying that this whole thing was just a big story for the TV. But others, they swore it was real. It was like one of those soap operas, I tell ya.

The folks running the show, they saw all this commotion and thought, “Hey, let’s put this on TV!” So, they started having Edge and Lita do all sorts of things together on the show. They were kissing, hugging, and even wrestling together. It was like they were trying to make people even madder. And you know what? It worked!
Poor Matt Hardy
And what about that poor Matt Hardy? Well, he got the short end of the stick, that’s for sure. He ended up leaving the show, and folks were real sad about it. Some say he was forced out because of this whole Edge and Lita mess. It just goes to show, sometimes things ain’t fair, even in that wrestling world.
Edge and Lita Caused a Ruckus
I tell ya what, that Edge and Lita thing caused a real ruckus. It got everyone talking, that’s for sure. Some folks loved it, some folks hated it. But one thing’s for certain, it made for some interesting TV. I guess that’s what they were going for, right? To get people all riled up and watching. Well, they sure did succeed in that, I’ll give ’em that.
The Edge and Lita thing, people are not gonna stop talking about it any time soon. It has heat, as the young folk would say. And it happened a long time ago, and they still talk about it, which means these two did something right to get people talking. I remember one time when me and my husband…
Well anyway, so this Edge and Lita thing, people were saying all sorts of things. And I guess they weren’t too happy about Lita leaving Matt for Edge. Who could blame them? Poor Matt, losing his girl and his job all at once. I guess that’s just how it goes sometimes. It’s a tough world, even for those wrestlers on TV. They may be pretending to fight, but their feelings are still real. And when things like this happen, it can really shake things up.
I don’t know what’s gonna happen with these two. But I got a feeling we haven’t seen the last of Edge and Lita. They know how to make a scene, and people love to watch a good train wreck. So, I guess we’ll just have to wait and see what they do next. One thing’s for sure, though, it won’t be boring!
